What is the Moore Family Connections Program?
Moore Family Connections Program
~ strengthen family relationships and enhance
communication skills.
~ offers interactive group sessions for 12
consecutive weeks to families at various locations
throughout Moore County. Individualized
professional support
is also available.
~ works with youth ages 12 to 17 who may be
referred by parents, school officials, juvenile
courts or other professionals.
